Working on projects with corporates, non-profits, governments and multilaterals with the social sector consulting firm.​

Thematic areas of work include education-to-employment, gender equality, CSR strategy, and food security. Types of work done include setting up sector collaborations, design of state-wide programs, impact narratives, organization growth strategies and landscaping research.

Part of the Senior Leadership Team of Peepul, an Indian education non-profit. Peepul works with governments to strengthen the public education system in India.

Led multiple at-scale programmes with governments, especially in Madhya Pradesh, towards strengthening a system with 300,000 teachers and 10 million students.

Work has garnered multiple national and international recognition, including the Commonwealth Education Awards 2022 and feature by the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network in the Youth Solutions Report 2020.

Involved with strengthening Monitoring & Evaluation, IT, HR, Fundraising and other organization functions. Organization grew by five-fold in the period in budget and team size.

Projects included customer journey transformation for a Malaysian bank, including an agile tech delivery; multiyear growth strategy for an education non-profit; leading key revenue strategy initiatives for an Indonesian microfinance bank

Also served as Country Manager of Generation India, the skill development non-profit started under McKinsey Social Initiative. Owned all critical strategic elements – including fundraising, external partnerships, new programs - for six months
